Returns

You may return an item within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • The item remains unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
  • The refund will be issued through the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Shipping fees and handling charges are non-refundable unless the product was damaged or incorrect upon delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Items not in their original condition or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Promotional or discounted items marked as Final Sale.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
